Prerequisites 

• Make sure you have the latest version. Check available downloads.
• Check the MD5 sum of the file(s) you downloaded (How do I check the MD5 sum?) If your MD5 sum is not correct⁽¹⁾, please re-download the file(s).
• Try again, at least one time. If you had an Ethernet cable plugged in, unplug the cable when you try again.

• If you get an error message saying jolildr cannot be found, try again after defragmenting your drive from Windows.
• Build a Jolicloud USB key and check if a live session works.

If it still doesn't work, you can submit a new request. Please provide as much detail as you can, including:

• The brand of your device
• The model of your device
• The install method you tried (Windows installer or ISO with Jolicloud USB Creator)
• The error message you get (if applicable)
• A detailed description of your issue

We will do our best to get back to you as soon as possible.
